Introduction:
The ultimate point of Jesus’ teaching is personal: You bear God’s image. That means your whole self — heart, mind, body, and purpose — belongs to Him. Allegiance isn’t partial; it’s total.
Scripture
“So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.” — Genesis 1:27
Observation
If I am stamped with God’s image, then I was made to reflect His character, submit to His authority, and live for His purposes. This isn’t about perfection but posture — waking up each day to say, “God, I am Yours. All of me is Yours.”
Application
I can say I belong to God while living as if my schedule, money, or relationships are mine alone. Today, I will surrender one specific area back to Him and ask Him to shape it for His glory.
Prayer
Lord, I belong to You. All of me. Stamp Your image deeper into my life so that everything I do reflects who You are. Amen.
