How many times have you made a promise to God…

and then broken it?

Not because you didn’t mean it —

but because you didn’t have the strength to follow through.

“The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” — Matthew 26:41

That’s what happened to the disciples.

They loved Jesus.

But they couldn’t stay awake to pray.

And when the pressure came — they scattered.

Not because their hearts were cold,

but because they weren’t prepared.

That’s the warning — and the invitation.

Don’t wait until it’s urgent to get ready.

Let God build strength in the quiet places —

before the storm ever starts.

Because when the moment comes,

you won’t rise to your intention —

you’ll fall to your preparation.
