You ever try to trust God — and get silence in return?
You pray, you surrender, you wait…
and peace still doesn’t show up.
It’s okay. Jesus knows that feeling.
“Yet not as I will, but as You will.” — Matthew 26:39
The night before He died, He wasn’t calm.
He wasn’t fine.
He fell to the ground and wept.
He begged for another way.
And still — He said yes.
Not because it was easy,
but because He trusted the Father more than His feelings.
That’s what real surrender looks like.
It’s not pretending the pain isn’t there —
it’s trusting God in the middle of it.
He said yes in His hardest moment,
so there’d be grace for us in ours.
