Today’s 1 Minute Daily Devotional:

“He must increase, but I must decrease.” — John 3:30

There is something deeply human about this moment.

Crowds shifting.

Whispers rising.

Comparison creeping in.

“We’re losing ground.”

But John doesn’t see loss — he sees completion.

Sometimes what feels like decline

is actually fulfillment.

Sometimes what feels like being replaced

is actually being repositioned.

If your visibility feels lighter right now,

don’t assume your impact is over.

You may simply be finishing your assignment.

And that’s not failure.

That’s faithfulness.

🙏 Jesus, when my season shifts, help me see it through heaven’s perspective — not my fear. Amen.
