“I have sinned,” he said, “for I have betrayed innocent blood.” — Matthew 27:4

Conviction can feel like a siren in your soul. That’s what happened to Judas.

His guilt wasn’t vague — it was loud, specific, and accurate.

He had betrayed someone innocent… and he knew it.

But conviction is meant to move us — not just crush us.

The tragedy isn’t that Judas felt guilty.

It’s that he didn’t take it to Jesus.

Conviction is the Spirit calling you back.

It’s the sign your heart still works.

So when guilt gets loud — don’t run from grace.

Run toward it.

🙏 Lord, when my guilt rises up, don’t let it drive me away from You — let it bring me home. Amen.
