“He saved others… but He can’t save Himself!” — Matthew 27:42

Jesus healed their sick.

Fed their hungry.

Taught with compassion.

And still… they mocked Him.

Not strangers.

Not enemies.

But the very people He came to love.

That’s the pain of this moment.

Not just the crown of thorns — but the rejection of hearts He came to rescue.

Not just the nails — but the noise of mockery from mouths He once fed.

And yet — He doesn’t defend Himself.

Doesn’t lash out.

Doesn’t walk away.

Because love doesn’t flinch when it’s misunderstood.

It endures.

All the way to the cross.
