The crowd started the week with “Hosanna.”
They ended it shouting “Crucify Him.”
What changed?
Jesus did.
Or at least, their idea of Him.
They wanted a fighter, not a forgiver.
A conqueror, not a cross.
And when He didn’t match their expectations —
They chose someone who did.
The crowd isn’t always evil.
But it is easily swayed.
So don’t follow the loudest voices.
Follow the one that leads to life.
🙏 Father, help us follow truth — not trends. Even when the crowd goes a different direction. Amen.
