Today’s 1 Minute Daily Devotional:
“As Moses lifted up the serpent… so must the Son of Man be lifted up.” — John 3:14
The people in the wilderness were dying.
No effort could save them.
No solution they tried worked.
So God gave a strange instruction:
Look — and live.
Healing didn’t come through striving.
It came through trust.
Jesus says that moment was always pointing to Him.
You don’t climb your way to God.
You don’t fix yourself into life.
You don’t earn healing.
You look.
You trust.
You believe.
The cross isn’t about shame.
It’s about rescue.
🙏 Father, help me stop striving and fix my eyes on You. Teach me to trust what You’ve already provided instead of trying to save myself. Amen.
