Today’s 1 Minute Daily Devotional:
“Unless one is born again he cannot see the Kingdom of God.” — John 3:3
Most of us assume growth with God looks like improvement.
Try harder. Know more. Do better.
But Jesus says something far more unsettling.
Not improve — be born again.
That means the problem isn’t effort.
It’s vision.
You can be moral and still miss the Kingdom.
You can know Scripture and still not see what God is doing.
Because the Kingdom isn’t discovered by intelligence — it’s revealed through new life.
Birth isn’t something you accomplish.
It’s something you receive.
Jesus isn’t offering Nicodemus better answers.
He’s offering him a new beginning.
And He offers the same to us.
🙏 Father, I release the need to improve myself and receive the new life You offer. Open my eyes to see what only You can reveal. Amen.
